Terms and Conditions
Shipping Prices
Our prices for firepits include standard freight carrier delivery by semi truck.
Shipping lead time
Fire Pits are made as ordered and shipped by freight carrier please allow approximately 4 weeks for delivery.
Someone must be there to sign for, and unload all freight carrier deliveries.
Delivery is generally between 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri, and we instruct the freight companies to
call and make prior delivery arrangements.
Damage and Return Policy
We make every effort to make sure that your products arrive in good condition.
Please inspect all items and parts carefully at time of delivery.
If you receive any item that has a damaged carton or appears to have damage to the unit,
note all copies of the shipping receipt of this damage and get the name, phone number and the tracking number of the freight carrier, and contact us with this information within 10 days of receipt.
We can not honor any damage claim after the 10 day period.
If you wish to return a product you will need to contact us for a return authorization number.
No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization and a return authorization number.
All returns must be returned unused and in their original cartons, with all the original documents, packaging and paperwork enclosed for credit to be issued.
The return shipping charges are the customers responsibility.
All returns will be charged a 25% restocking charge and the freight cost for the original shipment of the firepit.
RETURN AUTHORIZATIONS WILL NOT BE ISSUED AFTER 14 DAYS
FROM ORIGINAL SHIPMENT DATE.
THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON USED PRODUCTS
